ABOUT US

Assetly's Investment Thesis

Assetly is a specialist infrastructure fund focused on investments in assets supporting the global transition to Net Zero. We have two key investment objectives:

Reducing the total amount of new CO2 being released to the atmosphere by investing in renewable energy projects
Absorbing existing CO2 from the atmosphere by investing in agro-forestry ecosystems

Within 2024, the platform is being structured to create a fund with over 1 billion euro valuation and 1.15 GW renewable energy and 20,000 hectares of forestry assets under management. The focus of the platform is to provide consistent and stable returns to investors through robust investment analysis and active asset management.

Assetly’s investment approach is to obtain a right balance of Risk Mitigation and Return Maximization.

Assetly projects are designed and sized financially in an optimal way to secure investor returns and debt servicing even in potential situations of price and demand fluctuation by monitoring and active management of these main drivers.

The investment platform targets to create a forward looking investment and asset management portfolio of 6+ GW wind and solar projects in 3-5 years.

Assetly's seed platform is constituted of a mix of ready-to-build greenfield and early-stage greenfield projects. Located across Europe and Latin America, these seed projects are expected to deliver over 1.15GW of clean energy to these respective regions.

Subsequent invest rounds aims to develop and execute projects of upto 5GW of clean energy projects globally spanning Europe, North America and Latin America.
